NORA EZE

Ms. Eze is a dual-licensed lawyer (Ontario and Nigeria) with a multifaceted legal practice spanning immigration, refugee protection, business law, regulatory compliance, family law, and child protection. Her work is defined by a strategic approach that blends deep legal knowledge with practical insight.

She represents individuals and families in immigration and refugee applications, humanitarian claims, procedural fairness challenges, and Federal Court litigation. In business law, she advises on governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, and company secretarial mandates. She is also a Certified Specialist in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance and a candidate member od the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada.

 

In family and CYFSA matters, she advocates for parents and kin in child protection proceedings and guides clients through separation, support, and parenting arrangements with clarity and care.

Her clients benefit from responsive communication, practical strategy, and results-focused representation grounded in compassion and legal precision.

Licensed Paralegal

KRUPA PATEL

Ms. Patel is a Licensed Paralegal, Notary Public, and recent graduate of the Family Law Services Provider program in Ontario. She offers legal services in immigration and family law, with a focus on delivering accessible, client-centred support across both areas.

Ms. Patel has assisted clients with a broad range of matters including refugee claims, protection hearings, applications for leave and judicial review, work permits, study permits, spousal sponsorships, and Start-Up Visa applications. She also helped individuals and businesses navigate Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) processes, respond to document requests, and ensure timely, compliant submissions.

In addition to immigration services, Ms. Patel has provided legal support in Ontario family law matters, assisting clients with parenting arrangements, support issues, parenting time, and other family-related legal concerns.

Ms. Patel’s background also includes experience in civil litigation, provincial offences, and contract law. She has drafted, reviewed, and negotiated various legal agreements and is skilled in legal research, document preparation, and compliance.

Ms. Patel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies from the University of Waterloo, with minors in English, Entrepreneurship, and Management Studies. She also earned an Ontario College Graduate Certificate in Paralegal Studies from Humber College and a Family Law Services Provider Graduate Certificate from Fanshawe College. As a Commissioner of Oaths and Notary Public, she provides certified document authentication and legal support services to clients across Ontario.
